Information we collect
When you submit a form on these pages we collect the name, mobile phone number, email address, preferred location, model interest, timeframe, and any message you provide. We also record technical details about your visit: the page you were on, the referring website, a timestamp, and advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters (such as Google Click ID and UTM values) carried in the page address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare pricing and financing options, and follow up by phone, text, or email where you have consented. We also use it to measure advertising performance and to optimize our advertising campaigns.
Who we share it with
Your submission is shared with the Del Amo Motorsports Group dealership you select and our customer relationship and lead-routing providers. For advertising measurement and optimization we share event data with Google (Google Ads and Google Tag Manager), including an irreversibly hashed version of your email address and phone number. Hashing protects the values in transit; it is not anonymization.
Consent and your choices
Contact by automated phone or text requires your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form; consent is not a condition of purchase and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking us during a call, or emailing us. Advertising measurement in regions that require prior consent is disabled on these pages. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, by contacting us at the phone number listed on the page.
